Our team is staffed with military-staffed personnel and formerly federal workers that can orchestrate administration duties in federal bidding contracts. We have accomplished professional joint ventures with well-known local general contractors and retrieving more contractors to team with our veterans owned and minority small businesses to provide adequate performance to the local and federal bidding contracts.

Mr. Rodney L. Joiner, a Disabled-Small Business Veteran Owner,
Served in the US Army for ten years and traveled to Foreign and Domestic places. Understand how communication is critical in Business when handling business in Foreign and Domestic areas. Serving in the military has provided Mr. Joiner with a sense of structure where Business is conducted professionally when done correctly.
Other highlighted areas in Mr. Joiner's background are: Ten years in the Military as "Combat Engineer," and Self-Owned and operated a company for 12 years. Expertise in Construction, Training, and Janitorial bidding contracts.
Mr. Michael Kyle, the firm's Chief Operating Officer,
Also, a veteran who served in the US Army and is a retired Federal Employee. He understands the importance of the Joiner and Partners' operations with an agreement with outstanding communications across the board (along with our joining general contractors) for in syncing as one professional joint venture to produce quality service to the bidders.
Ms. Carol Walker, Executive Administrator, proposal writer, and first contact with Joiner and Partners LLC. Also, serves as the company's notary, meeting coordinator with associates, grant writer, and oversees government bidding process.
